"Celebrating the past, Creating the future"

Mr. Orlando San Felipe, key founder and first president of the Northern California Chapter from 1979 to 1982, receiving Plaque of Appreciation from Normita Feliciano Fenn, president of MHSAA-No. California Chapter, and Ricardo Soriano, incoming vice president during the Twenty-Five Year Anniversary Celebration held on December 4, 2004.  In attendance were officers from Southern California and Florida Chapters among them Clem and Pat Tesoro Gonzales, Rudy and Lucy Bautista, and Allan and Noralyn Natividad.  Guest speaker was Rudy Bautista, first president of Florida Chapter.  Congratulatory messages were received from Dr. Olivia Feliciano De Leon, URS president, and from presidents of Southern California Chapter-Lolita SD. Magsino, and Philippine Chapter-Atty. Lyn Bautista.  Celebration committee was headed by Susie Bonifacio San Jose and Vilma Pascual Arcia.
