It was founded by a small group of alumni from the San Francisco Bay Area, under the leadership of Mr. Orlando San Felipe, Class '55, assisted by Orlando's wife, Eva Robles San Felipe, Class '57. The gallant efforts of this group of alumni led to the formation of the alumni chapter in 1979. The Chapter's very first set of officers in its early years came into office for the 1979 to 1982 term. The Chapter was incorporated in 1985 in the State of California as a non-profit corporation, called the "Morong High School Alumni Association, Inc". In recognition of its Silver Jubilee, a momentous celebration was held on Saturday, December 4, 2004, recognizing Mr. Orlando San Felipe and his co-founders for their commitment in the formation of the Association in Northern California. We are grateful to them for their continued involvement in the activities of the Chapter. See "A Silver Jubilee Affair." Today, the Northern California Chapter remains vibrant; it is strongly committed to maintaining the ideals in which it was founded: To promote unity and friendship among alumni and their families. The Chapter's headquarter is presently located in the residence of the president, Ricardo Soriano, Class of 1967, in Hercules, California, about 30 miles east of San Francisco. To our fellow alumni, we welcome you to continue our friendship and camaraderie no matter where our destiny has taken us. Let us use this website as our medium of communication with each other. "How good and delightful to see brothers living together in unity!" - Psalm 133:1 ### "As dedicated alumni of Morong High School, let us take the changing wind as a challenge to our spirit of unity and friendship, inspired by a town and its people who were determined to welcome every child who yearned for learning a generation or so ago. Like birds flying under the rising sun, those children spread their wings to faraway places, but never forget to come back - we are the proud alumni of Morong High School!"
