Worked for the Bureau of Education, Manila, Philippines. Migrated to the United States, worked for Pacific Bell in San Francisco, California, for over 30 years, in various technical capacities. Retired in December 2001.
The key founder and first president of the Morong High School Alumni Association, Northern California Chapter, the very first alumni chapter outside the Philippines. Highly responsible for the incorporation of the association in the State of California as a non-profit corporation. Actively participates in activities involving the association.

Has two sons: Rovil, a Mechanical Engineer graduate of San Jose State University, employed by Abbott Laboratories-Perclose Division; Ramil, senior student at Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, pursuing a degree in Environmental/Civil Engineering.
Hobbies: Enjoys gardening, tennis, bowling, parties and family affairs.
