Dear Fellow Alumni,

Greetings!

Three days ago, the Board of Regents of the University of Rizal System convened in a special meeting and gave the final judgment electing me as the FIRST URS PRESIDENT effective January, 2003.

Upon my assumption to the office, rest assured that I would live up to your expectations and keep in my heart the spirit that binds all alumni far and wide of our beloved alma mater.

Our prayers were answered,

                    Our hopes redeemed,

                                    Our banner still flies!

With my family, relatives, friends, the URS community and all alumni in the Philippines, accept my grateful thanks for the support and prayers.
